A new 250,000 square foot retail center named the Riverview Bell Plaza, is nearing completion on U.S. 301 and Big Bend Road.The shopping mall includes grocery and clothing shopping along with similar services.
With residential housing continuing full speed ahead with numerous communities under construction, the residential activity has attracted health cares interests.Both St. Josephs Hospital in Tampa and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) have applied for state approval to build a new hospital to serve the community.
